We built our home in 2014 in Ankeny, Iowa to accommodate a state of the art teaching and gathering kitchen, for Wooden Spoons Workshops.

Our kitchen accommodates up to 12 students.

I teach all sorts of  "From Scratch" Cooking and Baking throughout the year, including Pie Baking, Sushi, Pizza, Soups and lots of different ethnic Cuisines.  

I have a particular passion healthy, vegetable focused cooking and use fresh, locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible.  With a little "heads up" I can usually accommodate most dietary concerns (gluten free, dairy free, vegan, etc).
